Frequently asked questions

Enterprise charges a subscription for every user, every year. Community is the open-source edition: the same technical foundation, with no licenses. We cover Enterprise-only features with OCA modules or custom development. If a feature justifies Enterprise, we tell you during the diagnosis.

Yes. When you sign off, you receive the full repository in your company's name. Everything we build for you is yours by contract, and you hold perpetual rights to use and modify Odoo Community under its open license (LGPL).

You're never forced to upgrade: your system keeps working. We recommend upgrading every 2 to 3 years as a planned project, discounted if you have an active support plan. We code to OCA standards to make migration simpler.

Every project includes a free warranty after go-live: bugs in what we built are fixed at no charge. And the final payment is only due once you sign off.

We connect your ERP to Claude or OpenAI. Your team messages the agent like a colleague, and the agent queries the ERP with that user's own permissions. A person approves every action. We don't charge per user: you pay the model provider directly, based on your usage.

We have offices in the US and Venezuela and support clients across the Americas. We validate your country's e-invoicing requirements before quoting. In Venezuela we include Bs/USD multi-currency operation with the official BCV rate and IGTF.
